There is something genuinely refreshing about Lixx . . big choruses, enough melody and muscle to hang your jacket on, but with a special something that makes them sound relevant, makes them sound urgent, makes them sound… proper. 

Lixx are Joe, Vocals. Nazz, Guitars, Robin, Bass, Steevo, Drums. In 2018 American label Demon Doll Records signed the band and re-released the back catalogue to a new global audience, sparking off the next chapter in the Lixx story. You’ll be reminded of the brilliant simplicity of the Ramones here, the tricksy sophistication of Goldfrapp and Roxy Music there, the boot-stomp and silky sinuousness of T Rex, the attitude and the weight of Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds. 

Supporting Lixx is West Cumbrian no nonsense Rock n Roll band Damaged Goods. If you like your metal traditional this band are right up your street! The boys do a mixture of covers and original songs. They have two generations of one family in Bob and Ben Cullen so it really is a family affair! The boys were at The Vault supporting Dox Docherty in May and went down a storm! Lots of people asking when the boys will be back!
