Tiderays

Regulars on the scene in Dumfries & Galloway, Tiderays return with their unique sound, style and songs one of which, ‘Papillon’, was Jim Gellatly’s ‘Track of the Day’ on Amazing Radio and was featured on the BBC Introducing Mixtape by Tom Robinson on BBC Radio 6 Music.

Since their debut demo in 2017, Tiderays have released two singles. ‘The Anchor’, engineered and produced by Rod Jones (Idlewild) at Post Electric Studios, Leith, Scotland, was played extensively across digital networks and was featured by Jim Gellatly on Amazing Radio.

They then released ‘Papillon’. Engineered and produced by Dave Miller (Electric Fields, Big Burns Supper, ONR.) at Circa 16 Recording Studios in Dumfries.

This has been picked up by both digital and FM stations in Scotland and around the UK. It received Jim Gellatly’s ‘Track of the Day’ on Amazing Radio and then was featured on the BBC Introducing Mixtape by Tom Robinson on BBC Radio 6 Music.
