Join local producers, crafters and sellers in the Festival Marquee at The Vault Arts Centre tomorrow between 11am-4pm for the second of three Winter markets.

As the winter chill settles in, the Vault Arts Centre is gearing up to host a mesmerizing winter market that promises a unique blend of local products and treasures. The market will feature a range of stalls showcasing everything Newton Stewart and Wigtownshire has to offer! Cheese lovers will be glad to hear the ethical dairy will be returning to this market and bringing ther fine selections of delicious cheeses with them! There is also an incredible amount of hand crafted clothes, jewelry, accessories and more! We cant forget the amazing Christmas stalls that will be appearing as well, bringing Christmas decorations and beautiful wreaths for all your festive desires! As well as the stalls there will also be tea/coffee/hot drinks, homemade carrot cake and a fully licensed bar from 1pm. This event is also family and pet friendly.

Sabbra Cadabra gig cancelled this weekend
Due to circumstances entirely beyond our control, we have had to cancel this Saturday 7th February's Sabbra Cadabra gig. Unfortunately the guitarist has injured his hand and the band have tried to seek a replacement but no-one is available to the standard the guys need.

Running from 26th Jan to 1st Feb 2026, Independent Venue Week is the UK's annual 7 day celebration of independent music & arts venues and the people that own, run and work in them, and The Vault Arts Centre, Newton Stewart, will be hosting two exciting live shows as part of this event.
