Royal Bloom are back at the Vault and are here to deliver their signature Ayrshire grunge sound! If you like Audioslave, Alice In Chains, Nirvana, Bush, Pearl Jam etc these guys are for you! Supporting Royal Bloom are Stewarty young rockers Rhelm, who are taking South West Scotland by storm!

Royal Bloom

Royal Bloom is a high-octane self-reflecting amped up grunge-rock band from Ayr, Scotland. They came to support Wild Fire at The Vault in July and we had to have them back to headline! The boys have played up and down the country, recently Grungefest 2023 and at She Burns Red sold out album launch.

Royal Bloom burst onto the scene with their acclaimed 6-track debut EP, 'Under The Bridge' in 2016, followed by the highly anticipated 10-track album 'Visceral' in 2022. Drawing comparisons to the likes of Alice in Chains and Nirvana, their music hits with the force of a bar fight, delivering a visceral and cathartic experience that resonates deep within the listener's core. Comprised of Lewis Wise, Kyle McKnight, and Aaron Dick, each member of Royal Bloom brings a wealth of musical experience to the table. Lewis Wise embarked on a journey of musical self-discovery after leaving his previous band, refining his distinctive style and approach. Kyle McKnight and Aaron Dick, having performed in bands prior to the formation of Royal Bloom, boast an extensive and enduring history within the music scene.

Over the past few years, Royal Bloom has left an indelible mark through their electrifying live performances, which have graced renowned venues such as King Tut’s, O2 ABC, The Garage Attic, QMU, Cathouse Rock Club, Hard Rock Café, Krakatoa, and HMV. They have embarked on exhilarating tours, showcased their talent at festivals, and consistently sold out shows, leaving audiences craving more.

Royal Bloom's unique brand of grunge rock has garnered them recognition and praise from various publications and media outlets. Their music has been featured in Stencil Mag twice, STV, Rock and Roll Traffic, The New Hellfire Club, Ayrshire Post, and Emerging Rock Bands Magazine twice. The Weekender describes their sound as "the album you didn't know you were waiting for," finely tuned yet abrasive, angst-ridden yet reflective. STV commends their direction, stating, "It's great to hear this music coming back to life. I think you're heading down the right roots." Meanwhile, Rock & Roll Traffic Magazine hails their debut EP as a refreshing and invigorating sonic experience.

Supporting are Rhelm a young band that have played at many events in the Stewarty, including Knockengorroch 2023, where they earned a place in the bill after winning a battle of the bands. This is one band to keep an eye on for the future!

This event is not one to miss! Both bands have been making waves in the local music scene, so come along and see why they've become such a hit!
