The Co-Op are giving away over £500,000 worth of prizes this year to you and your local community cause! Please support The Vault Youth Project (TVYP) with you Co-op card to help us to provide more opportunities for local young people in Dumfries and Galloway!

Co-op's Winner Shares it All Competitions

The Co-op has introduced a new prize program called The Winner Shares it All, that rewards you and your local community! Every month, £500 is up for grabs for yourself and £5000 for your chosen Local Community Fund cause. To be in with a chance of winning this mega prize for yourself and your community, you need to start by choosing your Local Community Fund cause now! The Vault Arts Centre's Youth Group (TVYP) are one of the community groups you can choose to support in Wigtownshire.

TVYP aims to provide better access to the arts for young people in the surrounding area. TVYP also helps provide community to young people by hosting games nights, rehearsal spaces and many more events to engage young people. TVYP has been going on since 2019 and has helped many young people find passion for the arts and create long lasting friendships. Providing this service ensures that local young people are engaged in activities that support their personal and professional development. Young people can improve their skills, confidence and mental well-being with the services TVYP provides.  To enter this competition just follow these 3 easy steps:

Choose your Local Community Fund cause via the Co-op website or in the app

Pop into a Co-op near you and spend £5 in store or online via shop.coop.co.uk

Scan your membership card at the till and you will automatically be entered for a chance to win big for you and your community!

Every month Co-op will be choosing 10 winners, so there are plenty of chances for you and your community to win. If you don’t win first time around don’t worry, you get an entry every time you spend £5 and scan your membership card. And what’s even better, the competition will reset each month, so there’s many chances to win this year! Thank you to all that have selected TVYP as their Co-Op community cause, our gratitude is immeasurable!

Sabbra Cadabra gig cancelled this weekend

Due to circumstances entirely beyond our control, we have had to cancel this Saturday 7th February's Sabbra Cadabra gig. Unfortunately the guitarist has injured his hand and the band have tried to seek a replacement but no-one is available to the standard the guys need.

The Vault Arts Centre featured in national Independent Venue Week initiative

Running from 26th Jan to 1st Feb 2026, Independent Venue Week is the UK's annual 7 day celebration of independent music & arts venues and the people that own, run and work in them, and The Vault Arts Centre, Newton Stewart, will be hosting two exciting live shows as part of this event.
