At last week's TVYP, members agreed that the weekly group should change from Wednesdays (3:30pm-5:30pm) to Thursdays (7pm-9pm) commencing this Thursday 27th January 2022. It was also agreed that, once a month, a games night would be held starting this Thursday with a night of Warhammer!

TVYP (The Vault Youth Project) is open to any young person, aged 12-25, living in Dumfries & Galloway. The group meets once a week and members have the opportunity to organise live events at The Vault Arts Centre which, so far, have included concerts and open mic nights, games and gaming sessions, educational workshops, the annual PRIDE event and regular hang-out sessions; a great opportunity to learn, rehearse, perform, play and socialise with other like-minded young people.
TVYP members have access to the centre's professional audio and lighting systems, plus a choice of professional musical instruments including acoustic and electric guitars, electric bass, drums, piano and keyboard.
Best of all, it's completely free to join and, as well as all of the above, members also receive a discount on soft drinks and snacks during TVYP events, plus there are free TVYP t-shirts and hoodies available!
TVYP is facilitated by Scottish charity Trad Music Trust (SC048610) and all employees are PVG checked/approved through the organisation's membership of Youth Scotland. If you'd like any further information about the group, or organisation, then please just pop in to one of the sessions on a Thursday evening, between 7pm-9pm, or you can e-mail info@thevaultartscentre.co.uk.
